Experiences with Premifarm
21st School of Tallinn
Premifarm has now become an integral part of our biology lessons.

Students observe plant growth, test different growing conditions to achieve the best possible yield, and experiment with different nutrient solutions.
It is very important for students to see how nature and technology can be connected today. Older students learn about automation and how the system works. And we can all enjoy fresh, nutritious food.
Tallinn School
Our students really enjoyed growing microgreens.

It was a great experience. Every week, we served the microgreens we had grown in the school cafeteria, so students across the school could enjoy their own harvest.
During biology lessons, students enthusiastically examined plant roots, stems and leaves under a microscope. Planning, planting and harvesting gave them practical experience and helped them better understand the plant life cycle. We thank Premifarm for the opportunity to explore a useful and modern vertical farm.
Dot Cafe

We are very happy that Premifarm allows us to grow fresh greens for our dishes easily and quickly on site.
This means we always have fresh plants within reach and can be confident in their quality.
Premifarm also fits well into our interior and attracts a lot of interest from visitors.
Carlos Pineda
Michelin-starred chef

When I was first introduced to the edible plants grown in Premifarm and the growing system itself, I was impressed by their quality, freshness and flavour.
As a Michelin-starred chef, I often use greens to finish dishes, where both taste and presentation matter. I was surprised by how long the plants stayed fresh at the right temperature and with minimal care.
