“ The students of our school absolutely loved growing microgreens. It was an amazing experience. Every week it was served in the cafeteria and the students of the whole school enjoyed eating the product of their own labor. In our biology classes, students with great enthusiasm examined the growth of the roots, stems, and leaves of plants through a microscope. Learning to live with planning, planting, and harvesting teach us lessons and give us a sense of confidence in the miracle of life.
