Quality, how fresh and tasty they are. As a Michelin star chef I always like to use green decorations on food, and of course the complement to the food is always how it is presented and how it looks on the table. I’m also surprised at how long they can stay fresh and in good condition if you give them the right temperature and just minimal care.
